Solar Activity and Arctic Temperatures

This graph, courtesy Dr. Willie Soon, shows how solar activity and Arctic temperatures seem to have some correlation.

Now who would have thought that our sun had any control over the temperature here on Earth?

To hear Mr. Gore tell it, man is the major culprit of temperature change.

Then again, maybe he's just 'over-representing'.

As when he says...

I believe it is appropriate to have an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous [global warming] is, as a predicate for opening up the audience to listen to what the solutions are.
